Advertising opportunities in HyWeb – the Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Information System in the Internet
HyWeb offers the opportunity of promoting your company, products, services and projects in the area of hydrogen and fuel cells in the HyWeb-Gazette, the newsletter published by HyWeb.
HyWeb is bilingual German and English. HyWeb and the HyWeb-Gazette are published in an electronic format only. Access to both is free of charge. HyWeb has been started in 1997 and has become the definitive online source for hydrogen and fuel cell information.
Advertising opportunities
HyWeb offers you the following advertising opportunities in the HyWeb-Gazette:
- Banner advertising in the top of the HyWeb-Gazette including a text banner in the HyWeb e-mail. For each edition of the HyWeb-Gazette, an e-mail is sent to interested people specifying the headlines of the new edition.
- Placing merchant buttons in the top of the HyWeb-Gazette right next to the latest headlines.
- Sending out press releases to the e-mail distribution list of the HyWeb-Gazette.
Special services are available upon request. Please talk to our contact persons. HyWeb will further expand the advertising opportunities.
HyWeb sponsors will be presented on prominent spots of the website. Please ask us for more information on a personal basis (see contact below).

HyWeb
HyWeb - the Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Information System in the Internet (http://www.HyWeb.de/english) presents comprehensive, detailed and up-to-date information on hydrogen as energy carrier and fuel cells in German and English language. The presentation is complemented by a free-of-charge e-mail news service (subscription: webmaster@HyWeb.de).
HyWeb contains several thousand internet pages and downloadable documents plus project database with a total volume of about 5,000 MB. All information is absolutely free to any HyWeb user.
Target group
The HyWeb-Gazette targets specialists in the area of hydrogen and fuel cells. The English edition of the HyWeb-Gazette reaches interested experts world-wide, while the German edition especially targets Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The HyWeb-Gazette is being read by experts from industry, politics and administrations, media, universities and research institutes. Many students use HyWeb in order to learn about hydrogen and fuel cells and to become qualified for their future jobs. In addition, many interested laymen use HyWeb, such as school teachers or members of NGOs.
Number of users
At present, more than 4,000 users access the German and the English edition of the HyWeb-Gazette every month, respectively.
The e-mail distribution list comprises some 2,200 English speaking and some 1,400 German speaking addressees.
HyWeb as a whole hosts some 40,000 user sessions per month.
