Japan negotiates for 2020

HyWeb, 97-03-25: Presently, the Japanese government is negotiating the financial boundary conditions of the „New Earth 21-Project" with banks for the years 2020 and following. New Earth 21 is planned as the successor of the „New Sunshine Project", framework of the WE-NET-Program (World Energy Network). WE-NET, which concentrates the R&D efforts in the field of hydrogen, is planned to expire in 2020 after 28 years.
